Neutral Brown is not a predominately cool or warm color.

It is a color used for a person who DOES NOT HAVE a strong yellow, olive, red or pinkish undertone (most people do have a cool or warm undertone so Perfect Cool Brown and Stunning Warm Brown are the best colors to use.)

Neutral Brown works best when mixed with a warm modifier or it can be mixed with a color when less red is needed.
